The Nike Air Force 1 Low Gets A “Mica Green” Makeover

The Nike Air Force 1 Low Gets A “Mica Green” Makeover

The Nike Air Force 1 may not have gotten the most exciting fortieth anniversary, but it demonstrated its depth throughout 2022. As Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design heads into a new year, it’s continuing to put on refreshing ensembles.

Recently, a pair clad in “Mica Green” and “Coconut Milk” colors emerged, suggesting the Swoosh has plans for the presidential silhouette in 2023. A greyscale looks takes over everything from the fabric base layer visible at the toe box to the leather overlays around the forefoot, along the tongue, and across the heel. Suede enters the mix via the profile swooshes and upper heel panel, both also exchanging “Mica Green” for a tan tone. Underfoot, the made-for-basketball sole unit features a vintage-reminiscent midsole coupled with a drab green tone that make the Air Force 1 Low perfect for both spring and autumn.

Enjoy an early look at the pair ahead, while you wait for official nike.com launch details and images.
