Nike Air Max 90 Appears In “Wolf Grey” And “Burgundy Crush” Colors

While no longer in a milestone anniversary year, the Nike Air Max 90 continues to form part of sneaker rotations everywhere. To kick off the new year’s first full week, Tinker Hatfield’s iconic design has emerged in a mix of fall-friendly tones.

The majority of the unreleased pair’s arrangement mimics that of the heavily-grey and off-white scheme with which the third proper Air Max design debuted in 1990. A wine-reminiscent “Burgundy Crush,” however, animates everything the sneaker’s “Infrared” flair would: TPU eyelets, profile swooshes, and labels on the top of the tongue. Visible Air units also take on the aforementioned reddish tone, injecting a regal look into the sneaker.

Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch soon.

For more from the Swoosh empire, check out the Nike Gamma Force, a women’s silhouette rooted in 1980s basketball footwear aesthetics.
