Exploring an air-brushed aesthetic with faded black accents lining the clad grey overlay’s stitched edges, further pitch-dark color matches render along the psych ward-like strapping system of the tongue in a murdered-out effort. Furthering the monochrome aesthetic along its heel tab, pull tabs and the litany of nylon perforations extending across the midfoot overlays, a seldom sampling of a golden-tinted “Wheat” envelops both the sock and tongue liner in tandem with its selective dispersion across the tread’s pucks underfoot. As one of the first on-court silhouettes to proffer an exposed Air sole unit, the tonal composition concludes with a clad-black treatment across its midsole and “Godzilla” patterned outsole.
