Impressive Color-blocking Displayed On This Upcoming Nike Air Max 1

On the heels of the first look at the Air Max 1 ’86 “Sport Red” is another new colorway (in PS sizes). While this updated iteration of the Air Max 1 iteration doesn’t quite portray the “big bubble” that was promised, it does reveal this freshly concocted combo of colors as well as a modified outsole construction.

Thankfully, the upper layout is identical to the classic Air Max 1 build. You won’t have to deal with any modifications on the visible end, although we’re certain Nike has cooked up a few modern interpretations as we’ve seen with the Air Max 90 and Air Max Plus. Clad in smooth leather and sport mesh, this Air Max 1 sees a tan/pink upper with touches of teal green — a color-blocking that is quite familiar to the model.

Considering these are a PS sizes, it’s not confirmed if this colorway will be available in adult or GS sizes, so stay tuned.
