For the last few seasons, an amalgamation of textures and fabrics has continued to claim the Beaverton brand’s silhouettes accentuated via an exaggerated sole unit. While the latter’s infusion within the Nike Air Force 1 has returned to the model’s typical tooling, a concoction of materials returns to envelop the iconic Bruce Kilgore design.
Similar to that of its Shadowed counterparts from the start of the decade, a lightened wash of arctic blue surrounds the mudguard and heel counter’s corduroy construction whereas a faded evergreen touches down along the suede quarter. Further illuminated by way of bright yellow laces, a contrasting employment of jet-black consumes the Swooshes and tongue tab branding. Clothing its midsole and tread in a clad wash of buttercream, floral embroidery fills the light pink midfoot panel whereas its vamp comes cured in a sky blue finish. Concluded by a wave of safari influence, yellow and black cheetah spots outfit the heel tab while the insoles dawn zebra stripes.
