Moncler And adidas Tease NMD S1 Boot Amidst “The Art Of Exploration” Collection

Moncler And adidas Tease NMD S1 Boot Amidst “The Art Of Exploration” Collection

Through Moncler Genius — a platform established back in 2018 — the Italian brand effectively expanded their universe, allowing many a co-creator to craft a collection of their own design. From Craig Green to Palm Angels, many a label has since crossed paths with founders René Ramillon and Andrè Vincent’s magnum opus, putting their spin on the luxury fashion house’s key offerings.

Now, for 2023, Moncler is evolving this collaborative ethos with “The Art of Genius,” bringing artistic worlds together under one roof. And joining the initiative’s most visionary creators is none other than adidas, who have teamed up with CEO Remo Ruffini and his team for “The Art of Exploration” collection.

Undoubtedly inspired by Moncler’s roots — as puffer jackets and winter-geared essentials are rife throughout the range — adidas is further embracing high fashion with “The Art of Exploration,” albeit in a way that’s still characteristic of the Three Stripes DNA. The design language, though rife with the “Moncler” name and signature, is still very much informed by the German Sportswear giant’s athletic apparel, with stripes and button fasteners recalling their track jackets and pants. The footwear is crafted in a very similar fashion, as the NMD S1 has been upgraded with down fill.

Enjoy an early look at the Moncler x adidas “The Art of Exploration” collection and the accompanying NMD S1 ahead. No firm release date has been revealed just yet, but it’s confirmed to be landing late 2023.
