Jovani Hernandez The adidas NMD S1 hasn’t enjoyed the same fanfare as previous “NOMAD” offerings, but it continues to play an important role in the brand’s lineup of products.
Recently, the BOOST-cushioned, futuristic silhouette emerged in a “Cloud White” ensemble contrasted by teal and orange colors. The bulk of the sneaker takes on various shades of white, with 3-Stripes branding on the sides deviating in a reflective silver finish. Accents on the tongue and spine, which create a sock-like entry point, favor blue and citrus flair, respectively. Protruding components on the sides of the semi-translucent midsole also follow suit, while the remainder of the sole unit rounds out the mostly “colorless” arrangement. All together, each aforementioned design cue makes the latest adidas NMD a worthwhile pick-up for summer.
