The Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid hasn’t seen the release cadence of its taller counterpart, but it’s looking to change that in 2023.
Recently, the made-for-multiple-sports silhouette emerged in a clean, off white ensemble. Shades of white take over everything from the leather base layer to the suede overlays around the toe and heel, while a yellow finish lands across the midsole. Branding on the forefoot lockdown strap introduces bold red flair into the mix, as does the lateral side swoosh. Nike’s iconic logo, however, features a split color scheme that also includes stark black contrast. Logos on the tongue label and sockliner also follow a “split” theme that’s appeared on Air Jordan retros over the last year. Lastly, the Air Trainer 1’s outsole rounds out the multi-colored sneaker’s look with cream, red, and black tones.
Enjoy a closer look at the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch soon.
