ASICS has been delivering high-quality performance footwear for decades. Over that same timeframe, the Japanese brand has broken into the style space, having models like the GEL-Sonoma 15-50 resonate with fashionable folks across the world. Recently, South Korea’s Matin Kim reworked the futuristic silhouette in three outfits.

Prepped under the idea of “Tracing Ego,” the first-time collection between ASICS and Matin Kim takes an outdoors-ready approach. The color palettes – “Oasis Green/Pure Silver,” “Black/Pure Silver,” “Glacier Grey/White” – draw inspiration from various scenes in nature, be it the sky or field of flowers. A mix of lightweight, but breathable bases are accompanied by sturdy leather, canvas, and other panels throughout the upper. Speed lacing delivers ease-of-use, while the GEL-Sonoma sole unit underfoot delivers reliable comfort and improved traction for off-road adventures.

Enjoy detailed photos of the trio ahead, as you wait for a global ASICS.com launch.
