Sneaker News After an initial burst of attention that started at the tail end of 2021 and culminated with the release of the original “Chicago” colorway at the end of last year, the Air Jordan 2 has now firmly planted itself as part of the Jordan product cycle as modern styles continue to play a role in the brand’s plans for 2023. Next up, this women’s exclusive that partly nods to an iconic color story from the modern Air Jordan era.
The “Cool Grey” hue really needs no introduction as its pretty much regarded as influential as original colorways. First debuting in 2001 on the Air Jordan 11, Cool Grey has since permeated several different models, never failing to achieve success in the process. This upcoming women’s only colorway takes on that same relaxing hue, bonds it with an equally calming “Ice Blue”, and wraps up one of the more appealing AJ2 colorways of the year.
Currently expected to release on May 4th, 2023, the Air Jordan 2 “Cool Grey” for women will be available on the Nike SNKRS App and partnering Jordan footwear stockists for $175.
