The Nike Air Force 1 Low Adds To Its Athletic Background With Jersey Knit Accents

The Nike Air Force 1 Low Adds To Its Athletic Background With Jersey Knit Accents

Four months removed from its 40th anniversary, the Nike Air Force 1 continues to dress in a compelling range of styles. For the ensuing summer season, The Swoosh is dressing its iconic Air Force 1 in an increased breadth of breathable textiles, such as this jersey-knit offering illuminated by bright blue hues.

Boasting a subtly accented color-blocking nod to the Boise St. Broncos, the Bruce Kilgore design returns to its roots with a classic Triple-White aesthetic cast across the entirety of the upper’s flat leather base layer. While its sole unit matches the ’82 aesthetic, the pair’s true detailing comes at the titular blue, tumbled leather mid-foot Swoosh that comes delicately accompanied by an embroidered trim. Color-matching the cerulean blue hue throughout the heel and vamps branded embellishments, an “AF-1” hangtag is added to further entrench the model’s athletic roots while a seldom orange shade attributes the tongue tab’s Swoosh in conclusion.

Reserving its tongue construction and insoles for a jersey-knit fabric, enjoy official imagery of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “White/Blue” below while we await further release details.

For more from underneath the Nike Inc. banner, the heralded Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” is returning in 2024.
