First Look: Air Jordan 2 Low “Sky J Orange”

The Air Jordan 2 Low has consistently been in the brand’s lineup of products for the past two years.

Recently, the lifestyle take on Michael Jordan’s second signature model appeared in a brownish-orange and violet color scheme. Suede makes up the majority of the pair’s front-half, while a plastic support structure lands at the heel. The latter component indulges in a “Sky J Mauve” tone reminiscent of some collaborations from A Ma Maniére, but the retro is free from any ties to the James Whitner-led imprint. Instead, traditional Air Jordan branding appears throughout the shoe, with midsoles opting for an “aged” aesthetic that’s taken on the sneaker before. A cream and brown color-blocking rounds out the traction for an autumn-friendly look to a historically-overshadowed sneaker design.

Enjoy retailer photos of the pair ahead, as you wait for firm Nike SNKRS launch details.
