Cool Grey Illuminates This Murky Nike Air Max Plus

Cool Grey Illuminates This Murky Nike Air Max Plus

Sean McDowell’s iconic Air Max Plus has been quietly celebrating its 25th anniversary throughout 20223, with the silhouette drumming up a routine slate of weekly releases. From gradient-filled uppers to boastful graphics, the late 90s runner recently came anchored in a tonal greyscale ensemble.

Introduced via a pitch-dark charcoal hue consuming the pair’s diamond-cut mesh, color-matched tumbled leather overlays and a glossy mudguard further entrench the model in a gloomy aesthetic. In concert with crisp white laces, shades of “Cool Grey” cast a brightened touch across the TPU overlays and nylon collar while an accenting “Sail” consumes the Max Air cushioning system underfoot.

As we await further release details, in the meantime enjoy official imagery of the Nike Air Max Plus “Cool Grey” below.

In other news from underneath the Nike Inc. banner, the Air Jordan 6 “Toro Bravo” is scheduled to release at the end of the month on May 24th.
