Michael Le Jordan Brand is certainly no stranger to reinterpreting their most iconic offerings. But it wasn’t until the release of the Air Jordan 1 “Lost & Found” that they established an official collection for said colorways. And after following up the aforementioned with a vintage-inspired take on the Air Jordan 3 “White Cement,” the “Reimagined” series will soon welcome the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” to its fold.
Leaked at the tail end of 2022, the Air Jordan 1 “Royal Reimagined” is currently expected to arrive later this year on November 4th. And ahead of its Fall arrival, a first look at the shoe has finally surfaced, confirming that the colorway is, in fact, moving away from the aged look of its above-mentioned predecessors. In place of cracked leathers and yellowed midsoles, the pair opts for a full suede construction; but outside of this change in material, the design is a relatively faithful recreation of the original “Royal.”
