Sean Wotherspoon’s adidas Orketro Takes On An “Off White” Finish

Sean Wotherspoon and adidas Originals have been in the lab over the past few years, churning out product at a slower-than-expected pace. Yet, a recent “quiet” launch of the partners’ Orketro in “Off White” suggests the duo will ramp up production throughout the second-half of 2023.

Wotherspoon and the Three Stripes re-energized the early 2000s throughout mid-2022, but didn’t release their collaborative drop until early this year. The inaugural SW Orketro, however, opted for a multi-color look that falls in line with most of the Round Two-co-founder’s work with the German sportswear giant. The most recent offering takes a subtle approach, with “deconstructed” uppers opting for a clean, “Off White” finish. adiPRENE+ cushioning brings some of the upper’s styling underfoot.
