As a fashion-forward update to Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design from 1983, the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow has become a go-to sneaker amongst women over the last handful of years.

Ahead of summer, the experimental makeover has emerged in a “White” and “Blue Whisper” color scheme perfect for warm weather. The majority of the sneaker’s upper takes on a clean “colorless” finish, while stacked swooshes and other branded components alternate between two different shades of blue. Sole units underfoot keep things on theme, but feature blue flair around the heel. Lastly, the oft-imitated outsole rounds out the latest take on the popular Air Force 1 Low in an off white tone that plays into the pair’s summer-readiness.
