BRUT Helps Make San Antonio Shoemakers’ First European Release A Reality

San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS, for short) has been producing high quality, handcrafted sneakers in the USA ever since 1976. And in addition to boasting an extensive consumer line, the brand is one of the main footwear manufacturers for none other than the US military. But in the near five decades since their founding, yet have their products crossed the seas into Europe… that is, however, until now.

Come later this June, the SAS Journey will be taking its first steps onto European soil with a bit of collaborative help from BRUT, a Parisian vintage store with their own equally robust clothing line. The silhouette takes the trip in a straightforward, neutral-dominant construction, whose suede, mesh, and leather parts are dressed in various shades of grey. A tag bearing the USA flag, then, signifies the pair’s place of origin, while “BRUT” and “SAS” logos make it known who exactly is responsible for making this project a reality.

Enjoy a detailed look at the BRUT x SAS Journey via the provided imagery ahead. The footwear will be joined by an accompanying apparel capsule on June 8th, releasing exclusively via brut-clothing.com and their boutique in Paris.

In other news, the Nike Mac Attack OG is finally returning.
