POST ARCHIVE FACTION — commonly referred to as PAF — has been on an upward trajectory ever since their founding in 2018. The menswear label even caught the attention of the late Virgil Abloh, who, before his passing, enlisted founders Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong for a 12-piece capsule dedicated to rethinking how we see and experience “EQUIPMENT.” Now, the two South Korea designers are bringing the same approach to footwear and athletic apparel, doing so with a bit of assistance from Switzerland’s own On Running.
Revealed during Paris Fashion Week, POST ARCHIVE FACTION’S debut collaboration with On Running caters almost exclusively to the sport of running. Comprised of everything from performance tops to windbreakers, the capsule shines athletic staples through the up-and-coming brand’s signature lens. This is also true of the two previewed sneakers, which sees what looks to be an updated version of the Cloudmonster dressed in a both a black and grey colorway.
