“Mud, Sweat & Tears” Built This Jordan Zion 3 From The Ground Up

“Mud, Sweat & Tears” Built This Jordan Zion 3 From The Ground Up

“I wanted my third signature shoe to really represent my dedication to my craft despite hard times growing up,” Zion Williamson said at Jordan Brand’s Innovation Center in Paris for Quai 54. “The success I’ve had so far hasn’t just happened because of my natural abilities. I kept saying I had to get it out the mud, you know, I had to really work for everything I have now.”

Featuring an out-of-this-world game and down-to-earth character, the Jordan Zion 3 “Mud, Sweat & Tears” reflects on the two-time All-Star’s thoughtful and jubilant personality. Driving Zion’s dual-sided journey is a galactic-inspired mint-toned treatment that dominates the upper base layer, laces and heel embroidery while further encasing the Formula23 drop-in midsole construction. The structured haptic print strewn across the latter is done up in a lively, purple, blue and red gradient contrasting the titular ensemble from toe to heel.

The Jordan Zion 3 “Mud, Sweat & Tears” is scheduled to release in October for a retail price of $140. In the meantime, enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.
