Sneaker News Drake’s It’s All A Blur tour is in full swing, and the 6God kicked it off with a bang by revealing a first look at his brand new Nike sneaker – the NOCTA Hot Step 2.
Revealing some on-stage photos on his Instagram Stories, Drake is seen sporting various colorways of the Hot Step sequel featuring a completely new design that seems to draw some inspiration from turf trainers and basketball shoes from the late 1990s/early 2000s era. His baggy bottoms indeed cover a good portion of the shoes, but we can discern a molded upper, a metallic exterior piece that wraps the heel, and a newly designed cushioning unit that is either Max or Zoom Air.
Not much else is known about the NOCTA Hot Step 2. However, there’s plenty to look forward to from the Drake x Nike umbrella; the Nike NOCTA Glide is set to release sometime this Fall 2023 season, while a NOCTA x Air Zoom Drive is expected later this Holiday 2023 season.
