Michael Le Much like his sound, Tyler, the Creator‘s personal style has evolved dramatically over the course of the last decade. His collaborative efforts, too, have followed suit, as Converse has placed full confidence in the artist’s creative direction. And while this has led to the production of many a brand new sneaker, the partnership’s latest offering opts to celebrate an existing, time-honored icon: the Chuck 70.
For Tyler, the Creator’s first Converse collaboration of 2023, he’s tapped into his love of exotic prints. The two have developed a digital leopard pattern, dressing it up in four different colors: “Beige,” “Blue,” “Green,” and “Pink.” All four are then applied to the Chuck 70 Low, which has been further customized with a co-branded sockliner as well as outsoles that feature a “le FLEUR” hit on one foot and the silhouette of bell hop on the right.
