As the most popular cut of Peter Moore’s iconic 1985 design, the low-top Nike Dunk has thus been prepared in an enormous range of styles. While the models’ youth-sized offerings tend to air on the more playful side of the color wheel, this latest ensemble strikes up a clean monochrome treatment in stark opposition.
While crisp white tumbled leather overlays and laces provide a gleaming structure, the silhouette relies heavily on a greyscale palette throughout a majority of its upper real estate. Faint grey shades peek out from behind the colorless panels, adding a layer of depth to the neutral-based solution. Seldom swatches of “Shadow Grey” illuminate the profile swooshes and heel tabs whereas an “Off-White” conclusion is brought forth via the midsole and semi-translucent tread underfoot.
The grade school-exclusive Nike Dunk Low is expected to release in the coming months on nike.com. In the meantime, enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.
In other news, Austin Reaves’ signature silhouette will debut on August 11th.
