GmbH Rejoins ASICS For The Debut Of The GEL-Kayano Legacy

GmbH is clearly quite particular when it comes to their collaborative footwear. And while they surely have their pick of footwear brands, it seems the Berlin-based fashion label only trusts ASICS to realize their vision.

Arriving more than an entire year following their last joint effort, GmbH and ASICS’ newest project is centered entirely on the GEL-Kayano Legacy, a brand new model whose design is owed heavily to the line-up’s past models. Making its debut on the Fall/Winter ’23 runway earlier in the year, the collaboration comes in two distinct colorways: “White/Black” and “Coriander Green/Gold.” But though distinct in their respective palettes, both pairs are similar not just in their color blocking but also their various details, from the “GmbH” branding along the heel to the Kanji-adorned emblem affixed to the tongues.
