Nike’s plans for its Dunk Low construction have only grown since the Peter Moore design’s revitalization in late 2019. From patches of faux snakeskin to paisley pattern overlays, the diversely textured model now endears itself to the ensuing fall season with a tonal installation inspired by leaf venation.
While the latter aesthetic doesn’t take hold overtly – tucked away in a sprawling graphic across the insoles – the surrounding construction assumes a tonal neutral-cured composition. Soft “Off-White” shades illuminate the pair’s ripstop base layer and tongue as a slightly darker tint accentuates the surrounding suede overlays; imbuing the silhouette with an adventurous undertone. Faint cream hues pick up on their aforementioned dominance along the sole unit while the tongue and heel tabs, profile swooshes and insoles achieve a striking “Olive”-treated finish.
