Up Close With The Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low “Bubbles”

feature image

For the better part of 2022, the sneaker ecosystem waited patiently for news regarding a potential Powerpuff Girl collaboration. After the previewed appearance of both Blossom and Buttercup, the Powerpuff girls have since made their way toward the SB Dunk Low in full after images of Bubble’s pair recently surfaced.

Achieving a different texture across each of the three offerings, Bubble’s pair adheres to a shimmering snakeskin finish amplified through the upper’s cobalt blue treatment. Vibrant yellow laces and profile swooshes animate the tri-colored offering while the character’s blue eyes are emblazoned in embroidery at the heel. What’s more, the upper overlays are accentuated via a jet-black trim that then transitions across the midsole in conclusion.

The Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low “Bubbles” is expected to release on December 14th for a retail price of $135. In the meantime, the pair can be seen in detailed imagery below.

In other news from underneath the Nike Inc. banner, the Dunk Low “Dingy Grey” recently surfaced.
