Jared Ebanks Thanks to a collaborative resurgence with Stussy in late 2022, the Nike Air Max 2013 has since returned for its 10-year anniversary in a reserved number of styles. Most recently, the full-length Max Air cushioned silhouette embarked on an “Olive” treated ensemble fit for the turn of fall.
Transitioning the joint-efforts angled heel swoosh back to its typical mid-foot placement, the silhouette’s surrounding embellishments achieve a striking reissue of the early 2010s. Dark militaristic green shades cure the mesh base layer in full while a slightly darker set of color matches appear within the various TPU overlays and the heel counter’s enlarged branding. While a luminous icy blue hue fills the visible Max Air cushioning system underfoot, jet-black contrasts achieve two-toned opposition throughout the upper’s tongue, laces, profile swoosh and collar.
