Jovani Hernandez Fresh off a collaboration with The Whitaker Group, the New Balance 9060 has appeared in three color schemes appropriate for fall.
Covered in “Magnet,” “Arctic Grey,” and “Mushroom,” the “retrofuturist” design couples its traditional mesh base with hairy, wool-like suede. The mixed materials combination indulges in rather tonal arrangements of the aforementioned colors, subduing the New Balance sneaker for the end of year. Rugged-looking sole units participate in their respective pair’s color scheme, donning faded grey, blue, and brown finishes. While not touted as a “Refined Future” project, the tonal looks could resonate with fans of the thematic New Balance 2002R, especially as fall inches closer.
