Remaining true to its original 1977 tooling, the Nike Blazer Mid ’77 echoes both archival aesthetics and a contemporary palette of offerings for the future. However, the silhouette originally crafted for the hardwood hasn’t shied too far away from its OG colorways, such as this “Diffused Blue” effort.
Composed almost exclusively of blank white leather, the mid-top trim stretches further colorless treatments along the laces and tread underfoot while light grey suede accents the forefoot’s mudguard. Exposed cream-colored tongues harken back decades past alongside an Off-White treated vulcanized sole unit underfoot. Contrasting the bespoke monochrome palette is a dimmed set of cobalt blue shades that amplify the profile swooshes, tongue tabs and the “NIKE AIR” branding which ascertains the heel.
The women’s exclusive Nike Blazer Mid ’77 “Diffused Blue” is currently available via the store list below for a retail price of $105. In the meantime, enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.
For more from underneath the Beaverton brand’s umbrella, the SoleFly Jordan 8 recently surfaced.
