Since the rise of the collaborative sneaker, only a select few artists have received the opportunity to design their very own pair. And though somewhat new to the culture, it’s not really much of a surprise that Korn is teaming up with adidas, as the nu-metal band has something of an affinity for the Three Stripes.
First reported earlier in the year, the Korn x adidas collection consists of not only a Supermodified but also a set of Campus 00s. The latter boasts a largely understated colorway, with a dark gum bottom and the option between black, white, or purple laces. Elsewhere, these light and dark neutrals dress the leather accents and suede base, respectively, alternating in color much like the “Korn” branding stamped atop the heel, tongue, insoles, and guitar pack-inspired hangtag.
