Earlier in October, Montreal’s premiere fashion retailer SSENSE announced SSENSEXX — a series of exclusive special projects designed to celebrate its own 20th Anniversary. With plenty of the world’s leading brands looking to get involved, we can certainly expect a number of sneaker drops in this collection, like this upcoming Salomon XT-6.

Affixed with Gore-Tex, this XT-6 stays true to the trail-turned-street icon’s design. Relying a dichotomy of color-based personalities SSENSE pairs a rugged upper styling of dark brown and dark olive shades with the vibrancy of a neon green and striking blue on the midsole. Setting these apart from the standard XT-6 silhouette is the aforementioned Gore-Tex, which promises additional protection from the elements as we near the worst months of the year on a climate standpoint (and particularly paramount to SSENSE’s Canadian customers).
