The Nike Air Max 90 GORE-TEX Recreates The Iconic “Infrared” Colorway

An OG gets a big, waterproof upgrade.

The Nike Air Max 90 GORE-TEX Recreates The Iconic “Infrared” Colorway

The Nike Air Max 90 GORE-TEX has played with countless different colorways, but yet has it echoed that of the silhouette’s OGs.

That, however, changes with this iteration of the model, whose design is near identical to the “Infrared.” From its leather materials to its color blocking and palette, the model resembles the icon all throughout its exterior, featuring neutrals along its base and the titular red across the profile, outsole, and heel tab. That’s not to say that the pair makes no tweaks, as the “Air Max 90” branding typical of the silhouette has been replaced with “GORE-TEX” hits.

Enjoy an official look at the Nike Air Max 90 GORE-TEX “Infrared” right here. While no release date has been confirmed just yet, it’s very likely we’ll be seeing these on Nike.com and at select retailers within the next few months.
