A Blue-Based Gradient Lays Claim to the Nike Air Max Plus

Another two-toned installment.

A Blue-Based Gradient Lays Claim to the Nike Air Max Plus

From the States to Europe, the Nike Air Max Plus has remained an integral lifestyle staple for the Beaverton brand. While the circa 1998 silhouette has prepared a handful of original color blockings, the low-top trim remains indebted to gradient-infused backgrounds.

For its latest installment, the Sean McDowell design is amplified through bespoke blue accents. Starting at the mid-foot, the supple mesh base layer is treated to a luminous “Royal Blue” hue that becomes more concentrated as it flows across the heel. Stamping the profile swooshes, insoles and portions of the tread in playful color matches, the silhouette’s remaining real estate is cast in a singular white tint. Accompanied by Tuned Air brandings at the heel, the colorless composition is employed in full along the full-length Max Air cushioning system underfoot.

While release details haven’t been made available just yet, Nike Air Max Plus “Blue Fade” can be seen ahead in detailed imagery as we await further information.

For more from the Beaverton brand, the TIGHTBOOTH Dunk Low is scheduled to release on November 14th.
