Start your year off with a solid GR rotation.

Grey, Red, And Gum Render These Air Max 90s Perfect For Winter

The Air Max 90 is one of a handful of sneaker models that can thrive off the strength of its own cult following and legacy. Despite not having much to offer in terms of recent collaborations, Nike’s in-line drops have been strong enough to keep the model at the forefront of the sneaker market since Nike debuted a slimmer silhouette to celebrate the model’s 30th anniversary in 2020.

It might just be Nike’s unofficial test rabbit when it comes to texture and feel, as reflected most notably through the various trims including recent Gore-Tex offerings the like. In this case, white canvas makes up the toe box and base layer on this model, offering a little extra warmth for the colder months ahead. The black leather mudguard looks to have a slight vinyl texture, and durable-looking gray suede on the trim matches the color of the tongue, midsole wedge, and heel tab. Dark red accents on the swoosh, heel, upper eyestay, and Nike Air logo tie everything together, and a gum outsole rounds out the sneaker.

No release date has been set, but look for these to drop early in the new year on Nike.com.
