“Voodoo” Vibes Take On The Nike Cortez

The double swoosh makes another appearance.

“Voodoo” Vibes Take On The Nike Cortez

An out-of-the-box take on the Nike Cortez just dropped in Asia featuring a deconstructed mix of leather and canvas. While the design story here is still unconfirmed, these appear very much in-line with the “Voodoo” design theme seen on Zion Williamson’s Zion 2 and Jordan 1 Low.

Eyes are first drawn to the shoe’s double swoosh, appearing first on the base in pink canvas and then overlaid in Baroque Brown leather. Green and gray canvas on the toe and heel swap places as you go from shoe-to-shoe this pair, with the gray canvas adorned with a unique star-patterned stitch. Up top, more brown leather on the eyestay provides contrast against a lighter-colored base, with metal eyelets, rope laces, and lace dubrae completing the shoe.

Take a closer look via the images below while we await details on a stateside release.

In other news, the premium all-black Air Force 1 drops January 14th.
