At this point it’s been well documented that the Nike Air Max Plus will play a key role in the Beaverton brand’s slate of 2024 lifestyle offerings, returning in OG “Volt” and “Sunset” colorways while continuing to surface in a variety of unique iterations.
Come mid-February, the Sean McDowell silhouette will debut it’s first few “Drift” models, defined by an imposing external TPU cage drawn from the sunset-inspired overlays on the original design. The latest Air Max Plus Drift colorway to surface aligns perfectly with the model’s roots, calling in a red, yellow, and blue gradient on the base to produce an eye catching dusk to dawn look.
The rest of shoe upper appears primarily in grey, with blue gum soles underfoot matching the hue on the mesh towards the heel. Another minor splash of color appears within the rear Tuned Air units, adorned in dual tones of yellow and red to further align with the gradient above.
No release date has been set, but expect these drop soon after the model debuts on February 15th via a “Phantom” colorway.
