Matt Varga Every year on March 26th, Nike celebrates arguably its biggest brand holiday on the calendar- Air Max Day. While previous editions have carved out space to look back on the history of the line, the Seattle giant is doing things a bit different for the 2024 edition, dedicating most of their energy to the future of the product line. Enter the Air Max Dn, the latest evolution in Nike Air technology. Though the “Dn” title is partially a nod to the fan favorite “Tn” series, it earnestly stands for “Dynamic,” a design philosophy felt underfoot in the air bag that shifts as the wearer takes each step.
While the shoe made its soft launch via a Supreme collaboration last month, the true debut of the Nike Air Max Dn will occur tomorrow, when a slew of editions will drop simultaneously. Leading the pack is the “All Night” edition, one of two originally unveiled colorways for the new model. They were fittingly revealed alongside the “All Day” pair, whose shock drop during SNKRS Max Access Live a couple weeks back has been confirmed to be their only release currently on the docket.
All told, ten pairs dropped on March 26th, running the gambit through familiar colorways like “Volt,” “Triple Black” and “Triple White” as well as some fresher formulations- a $160 retail price united all of them. As of writing, the Air Max Dn “All Night” was among the first to sell out on Nike.com, but other stores receiving inventory still have them in stock.
