The Nike SB Leo “Cosmic Clay” Arrives Summer 2024

Nike SB keeps surfacing new looks for Summer 2024, including a Nike SB Leo in “Cosmic Clay.”

Leo Baker’s first signature Nike SB shoe might not command the same attention as co-signed pairs from Ishod Wair and Nyjah Huston, but it’s settled into a niche among skaters who demand versatile hardware suitable for a wide variety of tricks. The shoe’s gotten glowing reports from a number of skate-centric outlets since its debut late last year, most of which identify the Leo’s thin toe, padded heel, and React insoles as its core benefits.

From a design standpoint, the shoes take after the Nike Blazer Mid but with a lower height and more modern tooling. This “Cosmic Clay” pair follows the same color blocking scheme as most of its predecessors; the titular hue appears on the overlays, Swoosh, tongue, and lining while the base sports white leather. A “Sail” cup sole completes the look underfoot, helping bridge the gap between the defining hues on the upper.

Look for these at your local Nike SB retailers in the coming months as skate shoes often surface without firm release dates. In any case, our Sneaker Release Dates page will update with all applicable information if the shoes do in fact see an online drop.
