It’s already produced some of the most sought after ASICS in recent memory, and the duo’s showed no signs of slowing down, keeping pace with a steady variety of new styles.
The latest Kiko-stamped delivery visits a model the collaborator actually introduced back in early 2023; the tech-packed ASICS GEL-Quantum Zientzia. We just saw the release of what’s sure to become a prized blue and orange “Knicks” pair, and now we’re learning of a new “Black/Gold” colorway dropping in Summer 2024. It doesn’t feature the same colorful aesthetic seen on many Kiko x ASICS shoes of the past, but marries a familiar color scheme with the brand’s most premium silhouette, producing a clean avant-garde look.
Given the shoe’s sophisticated details and tooling, it commands a steep $290 price tag. No firm release date has been set at the time of this writing, but the Kiko Kostadinov x ASICS GEL-Quantum Zientzia “Black/Gold” is expected to drop at tail-end of Summer 2024.
