With eyes towards summer, ASICS has prepared an impressive tech-runner catalog packed with styles for all sorts of preferences. While we stay current with new GEL-Kayano 14 colorways, we’re also hearing word of a new ASICS GEL-NYC that’s best described by an unofficial moniker; “Strawberries and Cream.”
The upper balances cream, light pink, and metallic silver treatments, with most of the overlays opting for suede so as to match the shoe’s soft colors in essence. Put the pink mudguard aside and the shoe presents as clearly contemporary, but with it, the design achieves a whole new identity.
Expect pairs to hit shelves in June 2024 for $130 in men’s sizing, right on time for peak beach and BBQ season. Pivoting to another ASICS GEL shoe, check out images of the ASICS GEL-Nimbus 9 “Joker” also dropping in June.
