Spider-Man’s Miles Morales Gets His Own Puma Suede Collaboration

It arrives long before the third chapter of the Spider-Verse trilogy.

Updated June 6th, 2024: This Puma Suede is actually one of three shoes in a collection with Marvel and The Boondocks.

From Jordan Brand to adidas, the Spider-Man franchise, specifically based on the Spider-Verse chapters of the story, has been slinging shoe collaborations with ease. Now, the network continues to grow as a Puma Suede Miles Morales collaboration is revealed ahead of a release later this month.

Swinging from the high-tech footwear from adidas back to classic throwback sneakers in the Suede, Miles Morales and Puma dream up a simple black/red colorway of the lifestyle sneaker. All-black suede uppers are contrasted by a white Puma strike logo, itself containing contrast stitching in the signature red.

The tongue label swaps out the German brand name to make room for the revolutionary Marvel to take its place, but the real prize is the heel, in which a rubberized spider and web seen on Miles’ chest appears. Unlike the Air Jordan 1 “Across The Spider-Verse”, the Suede lacks any high-energy patterns and visuals.

A Spider-Man Miles Morales sneaker release seems a bit random given the third chapter of the Spider-Verse trilogy, Beyond The Spider-Verse, isn’t expected to hit theaters until 2025. This also begs the question: Will we see another Air Jordan 1 release?

Regardless, a release date is confirmed for June 22nd, 2024 at retailers such as Foot Locker; an MSRP is set at $90.
