The 2024 Nike N7 collection is starting to take shape. We saw official images of an N7 Air Max 1 just the other day, and now another lifestyle icon in the Air Force 1 joins the fray, complete with the same overarching design theme inspired by Native American hallmarks.
Nike’s commitment to Indigenous communities has resulted in the donation of nearly $11 million to almost 300 organizations since 2009, with the core mission centered around improving youth access to sport in locales that are far too often underserved. The Beaverton brand has accomplished this through the release of annual, limited N7 footwear and apparel collections, donating all proceeds to the cause.
Consistent with the aforementioned Air Max 1 and Nike N7 collections of year’s past, the latest N7 Air Force 1 speaks to the essence of Native American heritage and tradition. We see a soft gradient mix of yellow, orange, and blue at the base, taken after a beautiful American Midwest night’s sky, and thick contrast stitching on the Swoosh that evokes the look of moccasins. Material-wise, the upper is comprised of a canvas base and grey suede overlays, while thin, silky black laces appear up top in understated fashion. Light blue N7 and Nike Air logos adorn the tongue and heel, respectively, while the inner portion of the tongue tag speaks to the mission behind the shoe, reading; In every generation we must consider the impact of our decisions on the seventh generation.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “N7” is set to release on June 21st, but we’ve yet to hear of a firm MSRP. Return to our Sneaker Release Dates page for all the latest updates over the coming weeks, and in the meantime, enjoy official images below.
