While obviously in-line, run-of-the-mill drops outnumber special editions anywhere in the industry, a tried and true formula for Jordan Brand is creating commemorative pack releases to tie multiple together. As pairs of the Jordan Legacy 312 and Stadium 90 emerged in April & May with a curious new icon, it was clear Beaverton creatives were aiming for that exact strategy. As the Jordan Spizike Low joins the bunch, the narrative ties are more in focus than ever as all three pairs near a Fall ’24 debut.

For those who didn’t catch the previous Legacy 312 or Stadium 90, the intrigue lands center on the tongue, a Jumpman logo with trailing lines behind it. It’s led to some speculation that a racing theme is at play, the blend of vintage “Sail” accents and vibrant detailing only adding to that concept.

We’re still awaiting official confirmation on what the overriding motif is here, but regardless, the everlasting blend of red, white and blue succeeds again in this application. The frosted sheen that marks the Air Jordan 6 tongue and the Air Jordan 4 eyestay wings is particularly show-stealing, and creates some icy synergy with the metallic stamps on either heel.
