The New Balance WRPD Runner “Reflection” Is Available Now

With summer uniforms calling for white sneakers, New Balance just stripped down the WRPD Runner on an all-new “Reflection” colorway available online now for $150.

While the model itself might be overshadowed by the New Balance 550 and 1906R among other trending lifestyle shoes by the Boston brand, the WRPD Runner has the privilege of being in lane of its very own. Introduced at Paris Fashion Week last year, the silhouette boasts a clear futuristic vibe while simultaneously opening the door for agreeable, contemporary colorways with simple paneling up top.

There’s not much to be said about this “Reflection” pair, although it should be noted that the name of the colorway pertains to the specific white hue and not reflective features, deceiving as that may be. If you’re compelled to cop a pair, you’d also be best advised to check the weather report before lacing them up because white suede tends to age like milk.

See our “Where To Buy” section below for shopping links and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview other upcoming drops from the Boston brand as we delve deeper into summer.
