Sneaker News Nike is once again leveraging the spotlight of the Olympics to unveil brand new product. All eyes are on LeBron James to potentially debut the Nike LeBron 22 signature shoe in Paris, but the King has some other plans in mind as he reveals a never-before-seen Nike shoe to the public.
This new model called the Nike LeBron TR 1 features LeBron’s crown logo on the tongue pull-tab. Additionally, an indiscernible new logo appears at the heel that could be a new symbol under the Nike LeBron umbrella. The shoes feature a bootie-like construction without a conventional tongue, while the midsole sits higher as the foam scoops upwards into what may be a leather upper. It shares a lot of principles with other Nike training shoes on the market such as the popular all-purpose Metcon line.
This upcoming Nike LeBron TR 1 is currently expected to release this Fall 2024 for $130. Outside of this Team USA-themed version, no other colorway of this training shoe has appeared, although several are planned to launch this season.
