The adidas D.O.N. Issue #6 Cleans Up With White And Silver Metallic

The annual ultra-exclusive “White Party” was attended by plenty of notable names in footwear, but Donovan Mitchell is the latest to capitalize on its theme. Following in the footsteps of the adidas Harden Vol. 8, a shoe that minted its all-white look in April, the adidas D.O.N. Issue #6 is set to hit on the same concept in the coming weeks.

“Triple White” continues to be a central motif across the world of basketball shoes, so it’s no surprise the palette would eventually make its way to Spida’s signature. Maybe the only thing that makes it notable is the colorful inclinations of the debut looks for the shoe, relying heavily on neon notes in colorways like the pink-heavy “Camp.” That said, the A mostly “Footwear White” profile is broken up in spurts by “Silver Metallic” detailing, weaving through the upper via the stripe towards the lace unit and peeking out via Three Stripes branding underneath the woven upper.

As of right now, a July 13th date is attached to the adidas D.O.N. Issue #6 for an EU release. Further info regarding a stateside launch is unclear, but sure to emerge shortly. For now, check out official retailer images just ahead.
