Updated September 20th, 2024: The Air Jordan 1 High Method of Make “Archaeo Brown” is available now via Nike.com, arriving in women’s sizing for $155. Use our “Where to Buy” widget just below to grab yours. A release date for the pink edition featured below is still unclear.
Arriving in the earlier part of 2025 are two highly-anticipated Travis Scott Shoes — the Air Jordan 1 Low OG in “Sail” and “Dark Pony”. The decadent trio of browns, pinks, and creams has always resulted in some flavorful sneaker drops; take for example the Air Jordan 3 “Neapolitan” that released in 2022 and the one that started it all, the Stussy x Nike SB Dunk Low from 2005.
Jordan Brand is really hammering in on that look with two upcoming Air Jordan 1 Method Of Make releases tailored exclusively to their female demographic. The modified silhouette itself is an experiment on revamping a sneaker with today’s needs; it already boasts a slightly deconstructed build, while the exaggerated proportions give off some of that made-for-the-runway appeal.
This latest set, however, takes it a step further with the satin ribboned laces that replace the standard sport laces on the conventional AJ1 Method Of Make releases. Jordan Brand also swaps out the tumbled leather for a material with a smoother surface, while the heel is covered with a lux satin material.
If you’re a fan of that “Neapolitan” color scheme, Jordan Brand has two styles arranged for you this Fall/Winter season. Either the “Triple Brown” or the “Pink/Sail” will be available soon, and far easier to acquire than the two Travis Scott pairs mentioned earlier.
