The Nike Zoom Freak 6, the next signature shoe by Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nike, is ready to launch in late Fall. Today, we bring you a first look at official retailer images of the model, giving you the most accurate depiction of what Nike has created for the former league MVP and NBA champion.

The Freak 6 follows the pattern set by the previous five models, keeping to a  lower 5/8th cut and a bold logo treatment that maintains an over-sized look that dips into the midsole. The sole itself features intricate etchings that surround the shoe, while the upper utilizes an engineered mesh for breathability. While the tech is not apparent, it likely features a superior containment system and Zoom Air — a package tailored specifically to Giannis’ multi-directional game that combines finesse and power.

The Freak 6 is revealed here in a vivid Laser Orange and Action Green colorway reminiscent of the most limited version of the Grateful Dead SB Dunks. On the mesh upper are subtle bolts of lightning, while the tongue debuts a new “FREAK” logo with Giannis himself flexing his guns — a common post-dunk celebration of the Greek Freak’s.

Firm release details are not yet known, but the Freak 6 is currently expected to launch in August with a $140-150 MSRP.
