The adidas Anthony Edwards 1 Low “Lucid Lime” Drops September 21st

More than halfway into the year, the adidas Anthony Edwards 1 is a leading candidate for “sneaker of the year,” an argument only solidified by the warm reception to the low-cut that debuted towards the top of the summer. As the newly crowned gold medalist begins gearing up for the upcoming NBA season, we’re bringing you an exclusive look at the “Lucid Lime” colorway set to drop this September.

While the colorways for the Anthony Edwards 1 have primarily focused on off-the-court or personal inspirations, Ant’s T-Wolves squad has made some choice appearances (“Velocity Blue” and an adjacent PE a couple notable ones.) This pair certainly fits into that category, reflecting Minnesota’s “Aurora Green” that plays a supporting role on their current throwbacks and was a focal point of a few Statement Jerseys sported during Edwards’ rookie & sophomore seasons.

That highlighter shade takes over the honeycomb siding, the enveloping shroud that encircles the shoe, and the pronounced Three Stripes logo at the heel, maintaining a simplistic two-tone configuration as the lace unit remains in jet black. Importantly, this brings a public release for a pair Edwards himself already wore, debuting this colorway in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Mavericks.

The adidas Anthony Edwards 1 Low “Lucid Lime” gets a wide release on September 21st, retailing for $110; catch some exclusive in-hand imagery embedded just below.
