Perfect for back to school.

The Nike Air Max 90 “Vintage Green” Is Available Now

Back to school season is upon us and Nike is giving all its biggest lifestyle silos “academia core” makeovers. Hot off the heels of an Air Force 1 of similar makeup, the Beaverton brand now brings a likeminded contemporary palette to Tinker Hatfield’s Air Max 90.

A perfect complement to professor-worthy tweed jackets and the like, the upper features “Dark Team Red” alongside “Bronzine” and “Vintage Green” treatments. In lockstep with the classy colors at play, Nike opts for a more dressed-up material composition. The base of the shoe is comprised of “Coconut Milk” canvas, and the quarter and tongue opt for thick, buttery suede. The tongue takes the unconventional route as well, crafted from the same sheet of fabric as the base with gold “AIR MAX” stitching and red piping in lieu of traditional mesh.

No nike.com release information has been made public yet, but all indications suggest these will hit shelves during the Fall 2024 shopping season. Keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates page while we keep our ears up for a firm date and price info.
