The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Slips Into “Denim Turquoise”

Pastel colors make for a compelling delivery.

The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Slips Into “Denim Turquoise”

Flashy neon and metallic colorways are what the Nike Vomero 5 is best known by, but the model’s recent resurgence has also provided us with an assortment of equally compelling, all-new looks. Continuing to embrace monochrome applications, the Beaverton brand calls in soothing “Denim Turquoise” on this latest pair for Fall/Winter 2024.

Taste is subjective of course, but aside from heritage styles akin to the “Racer Blue” among others, this might be one the best Vomero 5 colorways we’ve seen in recent memory. Suede paneling and pastel “Denim Turquoise/Smokey Blue” treatments are both far cries from traditional Vomero 5 makeup but disrupt the model’s aesthetic in all the right ways, lending a sophisticated, contemporary feel. Continuing down that path, the midsole and Swoosh both appear in “Pale Ivory” for a slight vintage essence.

Nike hasn’t set a release date at the time of this writing, but all indications point to a Fall/Winter 2024 arrival for $160. Scroll through official images below if you’re considering picking up a pair.
